What an accommodating hotel! We had planned on staying here for only one night, but when a train strike changed our plans, this hotel helped us out. The rooms are very nice, the beds are comfortable, the towels are large and soft, and the rooms come with shower and jacuzzi, and I can’t praise the front desk staff enough. Everyone was so understanding, and they even gave us a room with a view higher up, when we knew the train wasn’t running. Everyone at the desk speaks English. This hotel is fairly close to the train station and looks out over a beautiful little stream. I am so glad we chose this place to stay.

We had a reservation in another hotel of the group but they change To that one. The location was much better and the room had a great view of the city and we were very happy with the change. The staff was very friendly, especially the recepcion..

This hotel was great, there were clean rooms and a great rain shower. Breakfast was also tasty and served in a beautiful cafe on the roof (enclosed). Will definitely stay here again when I come back.!

The stay was really worth it. The rooms were clean and nice and breakfast was made to order. The receptionist was friendly and helped us with places to eat and things to do around town. Would recommend for anyone planning on hiking Machu Picchu

Este viaje fue maravilloso, llegamos a Machu Picchu y nos atendieron desde la estación del tren, nos ayudaron con las maletas, llegando al hotel nos recepcionaron muy bien, la señorita de recepción fue muy amable ,ella nos brindo toda la información necesaria para poder comprar nuestros tickets de buss , horarios , nos recomendó aguas termales , restaurantes.etc. Las habitaciones se ven mucho mejor que las fotos, muy limpio , acogedor, tiene todo lo necesario , y una vista hermosa y romántica. Muchas gracias por todo, lo recomiendo al %100.
